”假新闻法案“是否有存在的必要性

我国首相纳吉与青年和体育部长凯里加马鲁丁近期间因 ‘假新闻法案’ 成为了头条新闻。后者甚至表示反对党应该支持该法案。

毕竟真实的法案未将透露，任何合理的立法者都会了解，在现阶段提倡对该法案的支持还为于过早。

我们不排除对于联邦政府在新法案背后的动机缺乏信心或信任，特别是考虑到联邦政府之前制定法律的记录。过去的记录中联邦政府立案都似乎是出于良好的意图，但最终还是因缺乏对细节的关注，疏松的拟案以及未能与利益相关者进行磋商，而败坏和削弱整个体制。
